I unfortunately am in the middle of reorganizing the basement so I don't have the HF or the dual band stations set up at the minute but once it's a little more organized and can get the HF and dual band set back up I'm able to work all bands and pretty much any time is good for me except tuesday, and friday afternoons and tuesday and monday evenings. Oh yeah and our local club has their net on 2m on wednesday night so wednesday night depending on time can work for me.

I was thinking that maybe we could meet for a couple of Echolink nets first, at least that way we don't have to worry about wether everyone can hear each other. I've now got a new printer/scanner so am able to scan my license to verify for Echolink so should be able to get up and running with that anytime soon. What does everyone think? I know a few members used to meet up on Echolink.

That would work with me. just need to know the time even though I dont really ever use echo-link I would so we can all talk. Do you have Echolink on your PC? Thanks to the recent howling gales up here we now have NO working antennas (antennae?) up so on-air nets are out for me for the forseeable future. Echolink is no problem though!

Sounds good to me,no walk bands at my side at the momment, also the think with say 20meters depending on conditions,if the net was to be a all heard net, every one hearing every one, would be quite difficult, for this i think that further down the hf scale would be more of use.Lets say 40 or the top end of 80mtr,not in the DX window, maybe just below. On 80mtrs if the band is good, all the UK stations, can qso,and also stations outside the UK,I have heard many US stations on the top end of 80mtr,at good 5/9+,but as on all the HF bands the conditions on the day has to be right. But yeah I would be interested,in making the qso,..s M3jzt Wayne www.setbb.com/m3jzt/index.php?
