I'm suprised I haven't heard this guy cause I spend a lot of time on 20 meters.
Brandon's the young man who was (illegally) on 20 meters complaining about malicious interference to his communications, while talking to Canada's Biggest Lid, Karol Madera. Hopefully, he's severed ties with Madera and decided to use his radio lawfully.

RE: Warning Notice: Unlicensed Radio Operation
Amateur Radio License KC0UWS; Application file # 0002822949; Case #EB-2006-2820
Dear Mr. Duke:
Information before the Commission, as well as your own admissions, show that you have been operating radio transmitting equipment on Ten and Twenty Meters on frequencies not authorized to you as a Technician Class licensee. Such operation is a violation of Section 301 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 United States Code ยง 301, and will subject you to fine and imprisonment.
Additionally you have ignored requests to cease operation on repeaters in your area. You were advised of the requirement to heed those requests in a Commission letter dated January 9, 2006. You have used false call signs, transmitted sexually explicit material and other recordings over radio and re-broadcast radio activity on police frequencies. In spite of your assurances on January 26, 2006, that your rule violations would end, you have continued operating in violation of Commission rules and the Communications Act.
Section 308(b) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C. gives the Commission the authority to obtain information from applicants and licensees about the operation of their station and their qualifications to remain a licensee. Accordingly, you are requested to respond to this office within 20 days fully addressing these issues. In an inquiry of this type we are required to notify you that failure to reply will lead to a separate enforcement action and the dismissal of your call sign application; and that a willfully false or misleading reply constitutes a separate violation made punishable under 18 United States Code, Section 1001.
This is the last written Warning you will receive. Continued rule violations, including use of Boulder Amateur Radio Club repeaters, or any repeaters on which you have been requested to refrain from operation, will result in enforcement action against your license, which may include revocation, monetary forfeiture (fine). Fines normally range from $7,500 to $10,000.
