I DO NOT KNOW IF ANYBODY HAS HEARD OF THE PROGRAMME CQ100, THAT YOU CAN DOWNLOAD FROM YOUR PC. BUT IT IS VERY GOOD. IT IS AMATUER RADIO, AND YOU CAN TRY IT FOR FREE FOR 30 DAYS.

IT IS VIRTUAL IONOSHERE FOR AMATUER RADIO, AND IT WORKS JUST LIKE ORDINARY RADIO, AND YOU CAN TALK ALL OVER THE WORLD WITH OUT THE NOISE

Yes. It's a bit like e-QSO or EchoLink, except there's no RF involved at all. I can imagine it'd be good for people living in areas where HF antennas are a problem, like flats or homes for the elderly. Downside is you have to pay a yearly fee... Do a Google search, there's loads about it there.

Yes, I have tried it It's a great program, just like the real thing except no noise or interference like you would have on a Radio. I have not transmitted using it but have listened to operators in Japan, U.S.A., Canada and lots of other countries using it. Great program if you really do have antenna problems as g8ulv has stated
