Renae, have you changed your call on Echolink yet? I've still got you listed in my favourites under your 'old' call.

Way too cool Renae, congrats on the new call! Thanks!! I am starting to get used to it too! I am used to hubby's new call as well, probably because I "Hear" it more than my own

When me n hubby passed at first it was the same for me. I heard Den's call sign more than I heard my own so it was getting stuck in there along with mine and I worried that I would start saying M3LHF instead of M3LHI so I started writing mine down at the top of the page where I was initially logging down my contacts before putting them into my log book. Now its become a habit so when I am calling I glance at the top of the page and see my own call sign to help affirm that it is my call sign I should be using not hubby's...lol

same here our original callsigns were so close at first i would want to say his call sign kc9eux(mine) and kc9euy(his) With our new call signs they are nothing alike so it was easier not to want to mix them up. ( his new call sign is W9HW) I just got used to his a little quicker because I heard it more.

Way to go Renae.
I know when I was licensed I was being called by my dad's callsign because he is ve3sbd and i'm va3sbd so there's a one letter difference. I still get called by his callsign every now and then but as soon as someone realizes what they're doing they immediately correct it so i'm sure in a matter of time i won't be getting called by my dad's callsign.
